A Family Business, Built Right Here in Vancouver
Cooper Cleaning & Restoration is family owned and family run, and everyone on the team lives and works here.
Who we are and what we do
Our team is comprised of the top professionals in the restoration industry, each with their own background and special expertise. We’ve changed the industry by adopting a quality first mindset and refuse to see dollar signs over people’s needs and lives.
Cooper Cleaning is a family run, family owned business. We know the meaning of hard work and the difference that we can make to someone in need. From our techs to the owners themselves, you’ll be challenged to find a more dedicated, honest and capable team.
We don’t want anyone to have to experience a loss, however they do happen, and treating our clients as we would our own family is the only way we see fit.
From the Community, For the Community
We are not a faceless company. Everyone at CCR lives and works in this community, and the people who turn up at your door are your neighbours.
Leah started the business in 2018, cleaning for local property management companies. In 2020 she and Jesse built the restoration side out of their two-car garage. Today CCR is based out of two side-by-side buildings in Vancouver, with 20,000 sq. ft. of storage and a full contents cleaning department.
IICRC Certified
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification is the industry’s certifying body. Our certifications cover the four areas below, which is what lets us take a loss from the first walkthrough to the day everything goes back.
Meet the people who turn up.
The crew that packs your contents out is the crew that brings them back. Here is who they are.
