Portland, Salem, Eugene and the Oregon Coast
We are based in Vancouver, Washington, and we work across Oregon too. Portland is over the bridge, Salem and Silverton are an hour down the valley, and we go as far as Eugene and out to Tillamook for the right job.

What crossing the river does and does not change
It does not change how the work runs. Contents are photographed and inventoried in your property, packed out by our own crew, and brought back to our facility in Vancouver to be cleaned, deodorized and stored. None of that is different because the address is in Oregon.
What it does change is the claim. An Oregon loss is an Oregon claim, and the adjuster on it is usually working from a different carrier office than the ones we deal with in Clark County. Telling us who you are with at the first call is what keeps the scope from being re-argued halfway through.
How far into Oregon we go
CCR lists Portland, Salem, Silverton, Eugene, Rainier and Tillamook in its service area alongside the Washington towns. Portland and the close-in metro are routine; the further ones are planned runs, and they make sense for a full contents job in a way they do not for a single room.
Call and tell us the address and roughly how big the loss is. You will get a straight answer either way, including if the honest one is that someone local would serve you better.
Commercial work over the river
Commercial contents jobs run on a different clock, because every day the doors stay shut costs the business something. The schedule gets built around your trading hours and your carrier’s timetable rather than ours.
What we take on
Water damage
Contents out of a wet building, documented, cleaned and stored dry.
Fire damage
Fire mitigation cleaning plus the contents work.
Textiles
Upholstery, rugs, clothing and leather.
Commercial
Worked around your trading hours so you can reopen.
