Our facility is at 11915 NE 56th Circle, which sits in this part of the county. These are the nearest jobs we do, and on contents work proximity is worth more than it sounds: the gap between a loss happening and your belongings being somewhere dry is the single biggest factor in how much of it survives, and distance is the only thing that reliably lengthens it.

North county spreads out, and a lot of it is acreage rather than street-by-street housing. Two things follow from that, and neither is a guess about your particular property.

The first is that a property on a private well or a septic system has no utility meter watching it. Where that is the case, a slow supply failure has nothing to announce it, and the honest consequence is that it can run a long time before anyone finds it. Worth checking, if that describes you.
