Leah Guel
For Leah Guel, Cooper Cleaning & Restoration is more than a company name - it's part of her story. Cooper is Leah's maiden name, and when she first started the business in 2018, she put her family name behind the work she was doing. What began as a small cleaning company primarily handling move-outs and property turnovers for local property management companies would eventually become the foundation for something much larger.

In 2020, Leah and her husband took that foundation and expanded Cooper Cleaning into "CCR" Cooper Cleaning & Restoration. Combining Leah's extensive cleaning expertise with her husband's industry leading background in contents and fire restoration. Working out of there 2 car garage they built the personal property restoration side of the company from the ground up. After countless 16 hour days, running 7 days a week, and many sacrifices, Leah and her husband Jesse grew CCR into one of the largest independently owned personal property restoration companies on the west coast. Today they are based out of 2 side by side buildings boasting 20,000 sq. ft. of storage space and a complete contents cleaning department.
Leah brings over a decade of hands-on experience to the company. Her background encompasses virtually every level of professional cleaning - from move-in and move-out services, post construction cleaning services, commercial restaurant cleans to highly specialized cleaning that is required following a fire or smoke damage loss.
Known for being exceptionally detail-orientated, Leah has established uncompromising standards for the company's cleaning division. Those standards have helped develop the cleaning team into one of CCR's strongest departments, with a level of workmanship and attention to detail that sets the company apart within the restoration industry.
The results speak for themselves. Since expanding into personal property restoration in 2020, CCR has an extraordinary track record. This consistency reflects the standards Leah has built into the department: do the job thoroughly, pay attention to the detail's others overlook, and never consider a project finished until it meets CCR's expectations.
From performing small property-management cleans herself to helping to build one of the west coast's largest independent contents restoration operations, Leah has remained closely connected to the work that started it all. Her experience, attention to detail, and refusal to compromise on quality continue to shape the standards CCR brings to every project.
The Cooper name may have started with Leah, but today it represents the standard of work she and her team have spent years building.
