When the Loss Is Your Business
Every day the doors stay shut costs you something. We work around your schedule and your carrier’s, and we do the contents side properly so the rest of the job is not waiting on us.

Documented for your carrier
Everything is photographed and inventoried before it moves, so the scope is clear to you and to your adjuster before anything is touched. No surprises halfway through, and no arguments later about what was there.

Never Subcontracted
The people who pack your premises out are CCR staff, and they are the people who bring it back. That matters most on a commercial job, where the contents leaving and the contents returning have to line up with a business that is trying to reopen.
Where we do this
All areas →I have worked with Leah, Jesse, Jon and Grace for several years for content packouts/manipulation and final cleans on my flood & fire restoration projects. When I bring them out to a home to review with an owner, I can vouch for them 100% and they always back it up.
Had a loss at your premises?
Call and we will scope it with you, work to your timeline, and coordinate with your carrier.
Common questions
Can you work outside our trading hours?
Yes. Most of the commercial work we do is scheduled around trading, either out of hours or in sections so part of the premises keeps operating while the rest is dealt with.
How do you handle our insurer's scope?
Everything is photographed and inventoried in place before anything moves, so your adjuster is working from a document rather than an account after the fact. That is what stops a scope being re-argued halfway through.
Do you work in Oregon as well as Washington?
Yes. We are based in Vancouver, Washington and work Portland and the wider metro. An Oregon loss is an Oregon claim, so tell us your carrier early and the scope goes through more smoothly.
Are you available 24/7?
No, and we would rather say so. Contents work is scheduled rather than emergency call-out. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, and jobs are booked in advance.
