Post-Construction Cleaning in Ridgefield, WA
The clean that turns a finished build into somewhere a person can move into is its own trade, and it is one of the three CCR names as its specialities. Ridgefield sits in northwest Clark County, covered on our northern runs.

Construction dust is not household dust
Drywall dust is fine enough to pass a standard filter and keeps settling for days after you think you have finished. Sawdust carries resin and grout haze bonds to tile. None of it responds to the method that cleans a lived-in house, and a crew that treats it as ordinary dust hands over a property that looks right at four o’clock and is dusty again by morning.
Top down, in stages, with settling time built in. That is the difference, and it is why the clean cannot be squeezed into the last afternoon.
What gets noticed in the first week
Sticker residue on windows and appliances. Paint flecks on hinges, tracks and switch plates. The insides of cabinets and drawers, which nobody opens until they are being filled. Vents, which have been open the whole build. Those are the items that make a good build feel unfinished to whoever moves in.
Working to the punch list rather than the plan
The schedule rarely holds. There is a floor going in late, an inspection to pass, or trades still moving through. We would rather split it into a rough clean and a final than do one pass at the wrong moment and watch it get undone behind us.
Ridgefield, and where it sits
Ridgefield is in northwest Clark County, covered on the same runs as La Center and Woodland from our facility at 11915 NE 56th Circle. Whether the job is a new build handover or a clean between occupants, tell us the size and the date and we will price it around your schedule.
The rest of the job
Handover cleans, empty-property cleans and scheduled work afterwards are three different briefs.
