When the Loss Is Your Home
A fire or a water loss does more than damage a building. It moves your family out while the house is put right, and everything you own has to go somewhere in the meantime. That part is ours.

Everything written down before it moves
Every item is photographed and inventoried in the house, so you and your adjuster know exactly what left and in what condition. Then it is wrapped with padding and plastic, banded, and moved to our Vancouver facility.

Cleaned, stored, and brought home
Contents are cleaned and deodorized, then stored with us until the house is ready. When it is, the same crew brings everything back and puts it where it belongs. They know where it came from, because they are the ones who took it out.
I had an awful insurance adjuster and Jesse worked with her and got what was needed taken care of. My items were all packed with care and received back in the same condition.

Common questions
Do I have to be there when you pack out?
No. Everything is photographed and inventoried in the property before it is touched, so there is a record of what was there and the condition it was in whether or not you are on site. Most people do want to walk it with us at the start, and we would rather you did.
How long will my things be in storage?
As long as the repair takes. The building timeline sets that, not us, so anyone quoting you a number before seeing the job is guessing. Your contents stay inventoried and together at our Vancouver facility until the house is ready.
Can I get something back while it is in storage?
Yes. That is what the inventory is for. Call us with what you need and we will find it, which is straightforward when every item was photographed and logged on the way out.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. The crew that packs your contents out is CCR staff, and it is the same crew that brings everything back and puts it where it came from.
