Pack-Out and Storage in Salmon Creek, WA
Salmon Creek is among the closest work we do to our own building. On contents restoration the gap between the loss and your belongings being somewhere dry is what decides how much survives, and that gap is as short here as we can make it.

The nearest work we do
Our facility is at 11915 NE 56th Circle, which sits in this part of the county. Salmon Creek, Hazel Dell, Felida and Orchards are the closest jobs we take, and on contents work that is worth more than it sounds.
Why proximity is the argument on a water loss
The single biggest factor in how much of a property’s contents survive is the gap between the loss and those contents being somewhere dry. Everything else in the process is technique. This part is geography, and it is the one thing distance can only make worse.
The process itself
Photographed and inventoried where it stands, before anything is touched. Padded, wrapped, banded and crated against that inventory. Cleaned and deodorized at the facility while the building is repaired. Held in numbered storage until the property is ready. Then the same crew brings it back and puts it where it came from, working off the photographs.
Getting things back mid-repair
People always need something out of storage before a job finishes: documents, a tool, clothes for a season that arrived early. That is a short job when the inventory is accurate and the building is nearby, and a difficult one when neither is true.
The rest of the job
What caused the pack-out decides what happens next, and fabric needs its own methods.
